Canadian Days is usually held the first weekend in August. We try to plan around Ontario, Canada’s Civic Holiday which is observed the first Monday in August, so that our visitors from our Sister-City Thunder Bay have an extra day to travel safely home.
Register your button by 8 a.m. on 7/27 to be eligible for the $250 Medallion Hunt reward and by 4:30 p.m. on 7/31 to be entered in the button prize drawing. Watch the drawing LIVE on Facebook at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 1.

Limited handicapped parking is available at Spooner Park.
There is a FREE Park and Ride shuttle bus running from Spooner Park to both the east and west parking lots of Pioneer Park on
Pioneer Park is just north of Spooner Park on Centerville Road or DeSoto Street. The shuttle service is sponsored by the Canadian Days Committee and the Little Canada Recreation Association.
There is also a free shuttle from Saxon Bowling Lanes to Spooner Park on Saturday from 8 to 8 p.m.
There will be no inflatables in 2020. Hopefully, the festival will be back to normal in 2021.
We are excited to announce that USA inflatables is bringing lots of fun to Canadian Days this year. They provide a wonderful variety of inflatable attractions for all ages. From bouncy castles for toddlers to obstacle courses for older kids and adults looking for a challenge, they are sure to bring lots of smiles and laughter to both participants and spectators. Not only will it be fun, but it is also affordable!
Pre-sale wristbands will be available for purchase at City Hall on July 1. Individual tickets will also be available during Canadian Days (no pre-sale). All sales are final/no refunds.
We were fortunate to have the Stipe Shows carnival at our festival for many years, but they are no longer available for our event. We look forward to this new addition to Canadian Days in 2019.
The Grand Parade will not be held in 2020.
Normally, the Grand Parade begins Sunday at 12 p.m. at Saxon Lanes at the corner of Market Place Drive and Little Canada Road. It travels east on Little Canada Road, then turns north on Centerville Road. From there, the route turns east onto Eli Road to Little Canada Elementary School where it ends.
Yes, in a normal year. The results would have been posted within one week after race day.Unfortunately, the race has been canceled in 2020 due to COVID-19.
The Canadian Days Entertainment Committee continually checks out bands that will appeal to a wide audience. If you have suggestions, email us, or even better yet join the Canadian Days Committee and be a part of the selection process!Please keep in mind that the cost of bands must fit within our budget as we are an all volunteer organization and raise the funds to put on your community festival.
