2. YOUTH COMMISSIONERS

   Youth Commissioners advise with the Parks & Recreation Commission or the Planning Commission on park acquisition, park development, and recreational programming or reviewing zoning and development applications and makes recommendations to the City Council. Youth Commissioner terms are one-year expiring July 31 of each year. Commission meetings are once a month and the average meeting time is one-hour.
